WhatsApp is the quickest way to ask for extra photos or a daylight video of a stone. Please include the SKU (for example NG-RB-0001) so we can find the stone straight away.
Office hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 India Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). We are closed on Sundays and on major Indian public holidays such as Diwali and Holi. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day, usually within 24 hours.
